- Significant user group community impact through the application of SIG principles and practices while working client engagements.
- Lead the process in defining topics that are of interest to the user community
- Engage and interact within the AFSUG Community and interact with SAP Customers and Partners, within the SAP Eco-System.

- Achieved identifiable and lasting changes to promote and protect the interests of AFSUG.
- Promote the growth of the SIGs through the latest solutions or changes that are in process or have been made and implemented, and ensure event hosted under the SIG and AFSUG banner is of value to the user community.
