Welcome to our Inaugural AFSUG Chapter Events
The African SAP User Group (AFSUG) is proud to support the growth of SAP communities across Africa through our Chapter events and regional collaborations.
Launched in 2024, our Chapter events in Botswana and Namibia were created to bring SAP customers, partners and professionals together in a more local and accessible way. These events provide opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, practical learning and community engagement within each region.
In addition, AFSUG continues to collaborate with the Zimbabwe SAP User Group, SAPUGZ, through a formal Collaboration Agreement. This partnership supports knowledge sharing and community alignment while recognising SAPUGZ as Zimbabwe’s own independent SAP user group.
What to Expect
Annual Flagship Chapter Events
Our annual Chapter events bring together SAP customers, partners, industry leaders, SAP experts and community members for a focused day of learning, connection and insight.

Smaller Community Gatherings
Throughout the year, AFSUG may also host smaller, more focused engagements in Botswana and Namibia to keep the community connected and informed.
