It is with immense sadness that we share the news of the unexpected passing of Reg Barry, a pillar of the SAP ecosystem in Africa and a deeply cherished member of our community.

Reg’s contributions spanned far and wide, leaving an indelible mark on not only AFSUG as its esteemed Vice-Chairman but also SAPHILA, where he led as Chairman, and SUGEN, where he actively served as a CLT Executive Member. His passion for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and driving innovation within the SAP landscape was boundless, and his impact profound.
